The Willow boasts breathtaking indoor and outdoor decor, and though April showers made their presence known—pouring the night before and morning of the wedding—the couple embraced the weather with grace and joy.
With strong winds whipping through the grounds, Preslee made the thoughtful decision to move the ceremony indoors to ensure their guests were cozy and fully present for the emotional and love-filled vows. It was a choice that proved to be perfect, as the ceremony inside The Willow’s grand space was intimate, warm, and beautifully accented by the venue’s white and pine interiors and its large fireplace.
Before the ceremony, Preslee shared a heartfelt first look with her father. Known to be a man of few visible emotions, he was overcome with tears seeing his little girl all grown up and ready to marry the love of her life. It was one of the most touching moments of the day.
Preslee’s vision for the wedding came to life in a dreamy palette of pale blues and cool greens that harmonized effortlessly with the venue’s natural tones. Her gown was the perfect blend of modern romance and timeless beauty. Her bridesmaids looked lovely in their Birdy Grey dresses (birdygrey.com), echoing the wedding’s cool color palette.
Preslee’s makeup, done by herself, perfectly highlighted her natural features and radiance, while her hair was elegantly styled by Cassidy St. Clair (@cassidystclair_hair), completing her effortlessly elegant bridal look.
The ceremony was deeply personal, as Preslee and Noah exchanged their own vows and participated in a rope-tying unity ceremony. It was a moment of pure joy when they were announced husband and wife—cheers erupted, and their smiles said it all.
After the ceremony, we ventured outside for a few quick portraits using the sidewalks and the stunning front doors of the venue. Despite the wind, Preslee and Noah were glowing. Their love was on full display—snuggling, laughing, dancing together—resulting in truly magical portraits.
